Result Settlement

• Collusion: Placing bets on pre-arranged outcomes or participating in match-fixing

If such activity is detected, ppvpn reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action where necessary.

Ppvpn may close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation
• During an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months+)

Account Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@ppvpn.click or contacting us via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

For inactive accounts, ppvpn may deduct a maintenance fee of up to ৳50/month — however, the account will not be automatically closed if the balance reaches zero; it will simply be locked.
